Die isländische Band Sigur Rós will noch vor Jahreswechsel 1000 Kopien ihres aktuellen Albums "Takk" (zu Deutsch: Danke) auf einer besonderen Vinyl-Version veröffentlichen. Geplant ist ein dreifaches 10''-Box Set, welches jedoch nur in Amerika und England verkauft werden soll.

1000 copies of a takk… triple 10″ vinyl box set are being manufacted and will hopefully be in uk and usa stores before the new year. as we understand it, takk… should sound extra nice on vinyl since it was recorded 100% analog (as opposed to ( ) which was recorded digital).
